One of the world’s largest media companies, TI Media was looking for a partner to help them build a platform to house a new rewards programme. The UK team created a rewards programme called “My Magazine Rewards” for its magazine subscribers and decided to use Kado as the platform to house it.
Kado allows TI Media to:
- Add multiple titles to the platform. TI Media currently has 51 titles using Kado to house its My Magazine Reward programme.
- Integrate with their subscriber database. Kado is integrated with TI Media’s subscriber database ensuring only active subscribers get access to rewards. It also allows the marketing team to collect and analyse data on subscriber behaviour.
- Share offers. The Kado platform allows TI Media to manage offers efficiently by giving administrators the ability to allocate specific offers to certain publications.
